This isn't your average salad station, it's an upscale grazing table featuring over 30 fresh ingredients, crisp seasonal specialties, and comforting house-made favorites. Be sure to try our crowd-favorites: brulee bacon, rich lobster and seafood bisque, and our house-made chimichurri sauce perfectly crafted to pair with your upcoming main course.

When you are ready for the main event, simply flip your table coaster to green. Our skilled gaucho chefs will arrive tableside with skewers of perfectly seasoned, fire-grilled beef, lamb, chicken, pork, and seafood sliced to your preference.
To complete your authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience, we pair your unlimited meats with unlimited family-style sides served hot to your table, including creamy au gratin potatoes, savory garlic rice, and sweet, caramelized bananas.
